Active Silver Ions
The active Silver Ions embedded in all two top coating layers (+ one reinforced primer layer) release an extended antibacterial action against a large number of bacteria including Escherichia Coli and Staphylococcus Aerus.
Silver Ions attack the enzymes of the microbes and inhibite their functions, interrupting the reproduction of the bacteria which may live on the surface of the frying pan
24h Free from bacteria
Laboratory Tests confirm that after 24 hours, the surface of the pan is free from cultures of Staphylococcus Aureus and E. Coli. The anti bacterial effect is still on after hand or machine washing
Large antimicrobial Spectrum
The silver ions are what gives the agent its antimicrobial effect on a wide range of microbes including gram-negative bacteria such as Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa,gram-positive bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus and MRSA,and molds such as Aspergillus niger and Penicillium.
